Your Role

A typical day involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and providing excellent customer care. Our pharmacies operate with flexible hours to serve the community, offering NHS and private services. Strong communication, empathy, safety awareness, leadership, and team collaboration are essential. Support is available from our store, regional, and head office teams, with opportunities for further training and accreditation.

Rota

Working an average of 32 hours on a three-week rolling rota, alongside an experienced Pharmacy Manager and team. Week 1: Sat, Wed, Thurs, Fri 09:00-19:00 Week 2: Tue 09:00-17:00, Wed, Thurs, Fri 09:00-19:00 Week 3: Wed, Thurs, Fri 09:00-19:00 No Sunday working.

About You

Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC. Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services. Excellent customer and patient care skills. Driven to meet business targets. Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
