Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics is hiring a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and ensure safe, on-time delivery of medications and healthcare products across the UK. You will represent LF&E with professionalism, follow safety procedures, and support the healthcare sector while maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

This role suits drivers with multi-drop experience, a valid UK license, and a commitment to service excellence, with 45 hours/week and

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and product integrity during transportation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable.
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales.
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines.

We specialise in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.

We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

About The Role

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
• Previous experience driving a van is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required.
• Start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Daily start and finish times may vary depending on route requirements
