Job summary

LF&E in the United Kingdom is seeking Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join a brand new depot, delivering medications and healthcare products safely and on time.

You will be the face of LF&E, working on pre-planned routes with a focus on reliability, professionalism and compliance with GMP and MHRA guidelines.

The role suits drivers who enjoy solo work, value teamwork, and want ongoing training, with 45 hours per week and occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience
• Van driving experience
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare delivery desirable
• Strong route planning and geographic knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable and professional
• Full UK manual driving licence held 3+ years
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines

About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication onpre-planned routeswithinexpected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery

• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

What we're looking for

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
• Previous experience driving a van is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required.
• Start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Daily start and finishtimes may vary depending on route requirements
