Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or transport management role.
• Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Full UK manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

• Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers.
• Overseeing daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations.
• Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and company SOPs.
• Managing rotas, holidays, absence, and staff development.
• Collaborating with senior management to meet KPIs and service targets.
• Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining depot safety and cleanliness.
• Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new-starter training.
• Providing driving cover when required.

About the Role

As a Depot Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Leading a team of drivers and supporting day-to-day depot activities, you’ll help maintain the high standards our customers rely on while ensuring life-changing medications reach patients accurately and on time.
