Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics is seeking a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and help deliver vital medications to patients, pharmacies and healthcare providers across the UK. You will represent LF&E with professionalism, ensuring safe, timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

This role demands independence, reliability and a commitment to accuracy in temperature-controlled logistics, with training provided and career progression opportunities within a growing

Qualifications

• Multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled logistics.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare deliveries desirable.
• Strong geographic knowledge and route planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, reliable and professional approach to work.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• DBS check and reference checks will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales.
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional service.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws including GMP guidelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

We specialise in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.
We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

The Role:

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team making a real difference every day.

Working Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, working 5-6 days per week
• Day shifts with start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Saturday availability required approximately every 6-7 weeks
• Daily finish times may vary depending on route requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• Successful completion of DBS and reference checks
• Right to work in the UK
