Job summary

LF&E is recruiting Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our depot and deliver medications and healthcare products on time and safely. You will be the face of LF&E, providing a professional service while supporting the healthcare sector and patient outcomes.

This role suits you if you enjoy driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team making a real difference daily. DBS and references will be checked; a valid UK manual licence is required. Uniform and training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and maintaining product integrity.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare delivery is desirable.
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, reliable and professional approach.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• DBS and reference checks required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales.
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with drivers and depot managers for a professional service.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU transport laws, Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines.

We specialise in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.

We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

The Role:

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team making a real difference every day.

Working Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, working 5-6 days per week
• Day shifts with start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Saturday availability required approximately every 6-7 weeks
• Daily finish times may vary depending on route requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• Successful completion of DBS and reference checks
• Right to work in the UK
