Job summary

LF&E in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join the depot and ensure safe, timely delivery of medications and healthcare products. You will act as the face of LF&E, delivering care with professionalism and reliability.

This role suits someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team dedicated to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
• Experience driving a van is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and product integrity is important.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment desirable.
• Strong geographical knowledge and ability to plan routes effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications on pre-planned routes within expected timescales.
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with drivers and depot managers to ensure professional service.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU transport laws, GMP/HG guidelines as applicable.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

We're currently looking for aPharmaceutical Delivery Driverto join ourdepot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication onpre-planned routeswithinexpected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery

• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
• Previous experience driving a van is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required.
• Start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Daily start and finishtimes may vary depending on route requirements
