Job summary
AAH in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our leadership team, distributing pharmaceutical and healthcare products to customers and patients. You will lead a busy warehouse, coach your team, plan resources and ensure safety and SOP compliance to maintain excellent service levels.
As a supervisor you will drive productivity, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold high standards of health and safety across the branch while delivering a consistently outstanding customer
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Previous management experience in a warehouse environment.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills; proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Experience with warehouse operations and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI targets are met.
- Plan and manage resources for daily operations to hit service levels.
- Ensure safe operation and upkeep of warehouse equipment and high safety standards.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements (GDP/MHRA).
- Make decisions improving branch performance aligned with values.
- Provide an excellent customer experience at all times.
