Job summary

AAH Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our distribution team in Warrington. You will lead and coach the warehouse crew, manage workload, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

You will oversee SOP compliance, equipment upkeep, and strive to deliver excellent service to pharmacies, hospitals and patients. The role is permanent, with day shifts and a 39-hour week, based in Warrington.

Qualifications

• Permanent contract with immediate start.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekend hours.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to achieve KPIs.
• Plan and manage resources to meet service levels.
• Ensure safe operation of all warehouse equipment and upkeep of cleanliness.
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements (GDP, MHRA) and ISO quality accreditation.
