Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical qualification required.
• Strong engineering knowledge and R&D experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and tracking tools like DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage service engineering documents through full product life cycle.
• Deliver training on customer interaction processes for support teams.
• Provide Tier 3 support and handle escalations from Tier 2.
• Break down system requirements into detailed, workable tasks.
• Lead the technical team during projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure design controls comply with FDA, ISO, IEC standards.
