Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Experience in a regulated environment with GxP and SHE compliance.
• Multi-skilled capability in mechanical, electrical or process maintenance with fault-finding skills.
• Experience with HVAC, BMS, utilities and process systems; familiarity with PPM, RCM, RCA and CBM.
• CAFМ systems such as SAP; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and process systems, keeping equipment safe and operational.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, BMS, utilities and process plant equipment to minimise downtime.
• Complete inspections, calibrations and compliance activities; maintain auditable records in CAFM/SAP.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SHE, SOPs, permits-to-work and SSOW; maintain audit-ready standards.
• Support maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives including RCM, RCA and CBM.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide clear communication and service excellence.
