Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Representative for Reproductive Medicine and Gastroenterology to build strategic relationships with doctors, hospitals and pharmacists. You will drive sustainable sales by shaping account strategies and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires pharma sales experience, a scientific background, and strong English communication. Based in the UK, it offers a structured career path within a global specialist biopharma group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Sales Representative or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in reproductive medicine/IVF is a strong asset.
• University degree or equivalent preferred.
• Background in science, biology, medical or pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High English language knowledge.
• Capable to develop a commercial plan and district strategy.
• Located in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities

• Present and inform doctors, pharmacists and hospitals about products to obtain prescriptions in the territory.
• Visit doctors, pharmacists and hospitals to inform on products according to strategy and approved frequency.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist at scientific congresses determined by the company.
• Classify doctors and stakeholders according to segmentation and targeting criteria.
• Propose new doctors to add to files and manage changes or removals.
• Inform accurately about products per company strategy and answer questions.
• Ensure other departments provide necessary information to doctors when needed.
• Gather market insights on doctors’ concerns and assess our marketing materials.
• Inform about tenders and launches of competing products.
• Propose territory activities to promote products ethically.
• Report daily activity and submit planned expenses on time.
