Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim invites applications for a Commercial Quality Intern role based at our Winnersh head office. This 12-month paid placement starts September 2027 and requires a minimum of two days per week in the office.

You'll gain hands-on experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance and data reporting, working with teams across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service and Commercial, delivering dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant subject and eligible for a placement year.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office is expected.
• Experience with data analysis or dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality documentation, procedures and records.
• Review complaints, deviations and CAPAs.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and quality systems.
• Support audits, inspections and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain training records and monitor training completion.
• Support supplier and third-party quality activities.
• Assist product launches, lifecycle changes and batch release activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and improvements.
