Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Complaint Specialist to support UK quality and regulatory teams across complaints for dispensed medicines and non-sterile specials. You will ensure investigations meet MHRA expectations and GDP standards while collaborating with pharmacists, suppliers, and QA leadership.

The role emphasizes end-to-end investigations, CAPA, documentation, and trend reporting to drive patient safety and regulatory compliance within the UK operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a UK pharmacy quality or regulatory role.
• Knowledge of Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and MHRA guidance.
• Understanding of GPhC standards and supporting a Superintendent Pharmacist.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second intake for product-quality complaints and log in the system.
• Triages incoming complaints for severity and safety impact.
• Lead end-to-end investigations including root cause and traceability.
• Support investigations for non-sterile specials per MHRA guidance.
• Draft investigation reports and CAPA plans; track closures.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation per GDP.
• Identify trends and report to leadership.
• Assist with SOPs for complaint handling and supplier quality.
• Liaise with suppliers to close out investigations.
• Support internal audits and inspections with ready files.
• Escalate quality defect signals promptly.
