Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Quality Specialist for a 12-month contract in the pharmaceutical sector. The role is hybrid with three days from home and offices in Slough or Windlesham.

You will support the Quality Management System, including Deviations, Change Controls and Complaints, ensuring adherence to GMP/GDP. Collaboration across departments is required to achieve timely GxP deliverables and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy).
• No more than 5 years of experience within a Quality function in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of GMP/GDP environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and maintenance of the Quality Management System, ensuring records (Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints) are processed per procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure GxP deliverables are achieved timely.
• Provide subject matter expertise in meetings, projects and improvement initiatives.
• Identify quality issues and risks, propose improvements and facilitate solution development.

Skills and experience:

• Relevant degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy).
• No more than 5 years of experience within a Quality function in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with GMP/GDP environments.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
