Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is assisting a large CDMO in Hampshire, UK, to recruit a Quality Assurance Specialist for pharmaceutical and Medical Device products. The role focuses on investigating customer quality issues, non-conformities, and CAMTA actions while spending time on production lines and performing product inspections.

The successful candidate will coordinate internal audits, support corrective actions, and contribute to risk assessments and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Experienced in auditing.
• Hands-on role on production lines and product inspection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the QMS internal audit programme: plan audits, assign auditors, perform audits, sign off reports, log corrective actions.
• Investigate internal non-conformities and quality issues; apply problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage the Change Control Process and review Deviations for timely closure.
• Investigate customer quality issues and consumer complaints and provide timely responses.
• Contribute to risk assessments and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
