Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager for a major capital equipment installation in Ware, Hertfordshire. You will lead the micronizer project from installation through commissioning, qualification and handover, ensuring GMP and safety compliance across all activities.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma project delivery, a strong background in process equipment projects, and formal PM certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in pharma/regulated sectors.
• Proven track record delivering capital equipment projects.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Strong governance and risk management skills.
• Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or APM).

Responsibilities

• Lead micronizer installation from start to handover.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Validation, EHS, Procurement and vendors.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans and milestones.
• Ensure GMP, safety and site quality compliance.
• Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
