Job summary

Mundipharma International, Cambridge site, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician on a fixed-term project to support legacy production during a manufacturing expansion. You will ensure production continuity, uphold GMP, assist with equipment readiness, and contribute to safety and quality targets.

This temporary role offers exposure to a major transformation programme, with emphasis on teamwork, documentation accuracy, and compliance, reporting to the Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grade C / Level 4 or above) including Mathematics and English.
• Preferred A-Level qualifications or above or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience within GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating, cleaning, or servicing production equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S, Workplace Management, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily production targets in assigned legacy manufacturing areas.
• Ensure activities are completed safely and in line with procedures.
• Prepare equipment, materials and areas for shift handovers and readiness.
• Maintain production continuity through teamwork and prioritisation of operational priorities.
• Identify and raise issues that affect production performance or product quality.
