Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in Salford is seeking a Print Room Operative to join its production team to prepare and produce printed packaging components within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Reporting to the Print Room Supervisor, you will set up print machinery, verify label accuracy, input data, monitor quality, maintain logs, and help uphold patient safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required.
• Operational experience in a highly regulated environment is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive request sheets and organise documentation for printing.
• Verify labels and ensure all pack data is accurate for printing.
• Input variable data and prepare print jobs per specifications.
• Set up print machinery for each production run.
• Monitor print quality and resolve issues during production.
• Maintain production logs and high hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow SOPs and support the QMS Documentation.
