Planet Pharma is seeking reliable Production Operatives for a junior-level role in a regulated manufacturing and packaging environment. The position focuses on product labelling, packaging and line activities, with emphasis on accuracy, quality records and compliance with GMP and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent attendance record and reliable work ethic.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to shift patterns.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, packaging and labelling processes per procedures.
• Complete production activities safely complying with Health & Safety and GMP standards.
• Accurately complete production records and batch documentation.
• Perform line clearance, cleaning and housekeeping to maintain high standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Report quality concerns, deviations or equipment issues immediately.
• Support production schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with stock control, consumables management and routine tasks.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
