Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Production Operative to join a specialist production team working in a cleanroom environment where accuracy and following procedures are essential. You will be involved in filling, labelling and packing, with emphasis on quality control and thorough documentation.

Key tasks include testing products with liquid agents, maintaining production records, and supporting smooth handovers across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment such as FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or semi-confined environment.
• Reliable, motivated and keen to progress within the role.

Responsibilities

• Filling, labelling and packing products.
• Using liquid agents to test products before packing.
• Carrying out tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
• Observing cell growth and grouping blood types as part of the production process.
• Completing and maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Following procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
• Participating in shift handovers to ensure smooth transition between teams.
