- Accurately complete production records and batch documentation.
- Perform line clearance, cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain high production standards.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
- Report any quality concerns, deviations or equipment issues immediately.
- Support production schedules to ensure batches are completed on time.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
- Assist with stock control, consumables management and routine operational tasks.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent attendance record and a reliable work ethic.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Own transport and full commitment to shift patterns due to limited public transport access.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging or factory environments.
- Exposure to GMP, pharmaceutical, food production, life sciences or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Experience completing documentation or quality records.
- Previous experience working to production targets and schedules.
Candidate Profile
This role would suit someone who:
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Enjoys working in a structured and process-driven environment.
- Is dependable, punctual and committed to attendance.
- Can remain focused performing repetitive production and packaging activities.
- Is comfortable working within strict quality and compliance procedures.
- Wants to develop a career within manufacturing and pharmaceutical operations.
- Own vehicle is essential due to shift patterns and site location.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate reliability, commitment and flexibility.
- Interviews will be conducted on-site and consist of a single stage.
- Immediate starters are highly desirable.
Please note:
This is a junior-level opportunity. We are particularly interested in candidates with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and excellent attendance, rather than extensive industry experience.
