Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee manufacturing process development at its UK sites and with Outsource Partners. You will drive project charters, define requirements, coordinate diverse technical teams, and ensure compliance with GMP, HSE and quality standards.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. You will guide cost and budget considerations, support NPIs, and push for safe, timely transitions of new products into commercial operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related technical field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical operations/product development/process development.
• 4+ years’ experience with project management.
• Experience working within ISO9001.
• Track record of detailed program management with planning and communication.
• Must be proficient leading integrated process teams and coordinating project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Project Charter and document initial requirements to satisfy stakeholder needs.
• Scope project requirements for new product introduction, product line extensions, transfers and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design, performance and quality alignment with COGs.
• Ensure all projects comply with Health, Safety, Environmental and GMP requirements.
• Mentor employees in developing project management capabilities and lead strategic projects.
• Provide risk management and contingency planning for each project.
