Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing, filling and packaging operations. You will analyze performance data to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce waste and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and help shape how our operations evolve while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA/EMA standards is advantageous.
• Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to process capability, capacity and unit cost reductions.
• Lead introduction of new technology and processes within operations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to lead CI projects.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans and validation protocols.
