Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Manufacturing Technology professional to support/lead projects across the full production lifecycle of MDI valves and cans. You will drive investigations, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP environment, liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or similar role.
Degree in Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Experience of GMP, Quality Assurance, Validation, Project management, ISO 9001 and QMS highly desirable.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related CI methodologies is a plus.
Understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA standards is advantageous.
Experience managing concurrent projects and investigations.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead product quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
Validate new and existing products and processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve quality through CI.
Progress and prioritise multiple projects/investigations and communicate with stakeholders.
Apply data analysis and CI tools such as Minitab and LSS.
Develop SOPs, validation protocols, reports and change controls.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain a strong safety-first culture on site.
