Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Learning and Development Lead to shape workforce development and leadership capabilities within a leading Pharmaceutical organisation in the South West UK. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery and requires collaboration with HR and operations leaders.

You will design tailored programmes, manage LMS activities, and drive innovative learning initiatives to close skills gaps and support talent growth across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Education, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating adult learning using digital tools and LMS.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, preferred in Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Assess training requirements through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership and soft skills training across levels.
• Partner with external providers to deliver high-quality content.
• Oversee LMS administration, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
