Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is required.
• Proven experience in developing high-quality content across short-, medium-, and long-form formats.
• Builds trusted relationships by aligning solutions to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines.
• Strong communication and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint and writing capability; experience in consulting or training environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to support customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability needs assessment and translate insights into outcome-driven learning strategies and recommendations.
• Design learning journeys and roadmaps defining curriculum structure, modality mix, and sequencing.
• Align strategy with customer objectives ensuring learning solutions meet project intent, commercial goals, and performance outcomes.
• Oversee content development across digital, live, and blended formats; guide writers and contribute to content creation.
• Deliver and facilitate learning sessions, enabling customer teams through train-the-trainer approaches.
• Support pitch and proposal activity; collaborate with BD leads to shape compelling, customer-focused solutions.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to inform solution direction and approach.
• Collaborate with Solution Design, Delivery, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between proposed and delivered solutions.
