Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical environment based in Didcot. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on-site as part of the maintenance team, supporting a reputable FM service provider.

The role offers a salary up to £46,350, overtime, training, and clear progression opportunities. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a pension, life cover, and generous annual leave as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Clear DBS is required.
• Copies of trade certificates must be provided.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.
• Attend to and rectify mechanical faults.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with the PPM and task schedules.
• Deliver PPM activity to a high, professional standard.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Make full use of company technology systems to maintain contractual compliance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider team and clients.
• Attend team meetings and briefings as required.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.
• Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities
