Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited invites applications for a Day Shift Engineer to support a healthcare environment in Oxford. You will carry out electrical, mechanical and general building maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team, coordinating with a senior engineer on site.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical trade qualification required.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance on site.
• Lighting: small installs, fault finding, lamping, ballast replacement, power distribution.
• Emergency lighting testing and routine checks.
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filters, cleaning) and monitor BMS systems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external trades.
• Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when required.
