Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a bio-pharma client. The role covers HVAC, electrical, and BAS in a multi-tenant campus, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and safety.

You will lead preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and uphold environmental and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in regulated facilities engineering, familiar with cleanrooms and GMP, and holds an associate degree with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in facilities engineering within pharma/regulated environments.
• Experience with cleanroom operations and GMP requirements.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) from major vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems across a multi-tenanted campus.
• Oversee water management systems and critical infrastructure.
• Maintain electrical distribution, emergency power, UPS systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to alarms.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and calibration scheduling.
