Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the facilities management team at a bio-pharmaceutical campus in Buckinghamshire. The role covers HVAC, electrical distribution, communications infrastructure, and critical switch rooms, ensuring safe, compliant operation and uptime.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of facilities engineering experience in regulated environments, familiarity with GMP, cleanrooms, and building automation systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
• FDA-regulated environment experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar regulated environment.
• Experience with cleanroom operations and GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of building automation systems (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems across a multi-tenant campus.
• Oversee electrical distribution and emergency power generation equipment.
• Maintain water management and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and calibrations.
• Support safety and environmental management programs.
