Job summary

SERB is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and calibration activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will act as the interface between Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, and Contractors to keep equipment and facilities in a validated, inspection-ready state.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, asset management experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical regulated environments.
• Proven experience in maintenance coordination and asset management.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and critical utilities (HVAC, WFI, clean steam).
• Knowledge of GMP/regulatory expectations and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Administer CMMS/EAM and manage asset lifecycles.
• Support audits, deviations, and change controls.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligns with cGMP.
