Job summary

NextPharma in the UK seeks motivated, detail-oriented workers for pharmaceutical manufacturing roles in a cleanroom environment. You will participate in the full production cycle from preparation to packaging, ensuring GMP compliance and accurate batch records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture or working in a cleanroom would be an advantage.
• Be conscientious and have a good eye for detail to conduct quality checks and ensure data is accurately recorded.
• Be flexible to match production output and client demands.
• High integrity to maintain GMP compliance.
• Reliable and able to contribute positively to the production team.
• Previous GMP experience
• Good practical skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products for commercial and clinical trial use.
• Ensure activities follow cGMP, Health & Safety, and SOPs.
• Record data accurately in batch records and supporting documents.
• Maintain hygiene in all production areas.
• Support production through all manufacturing stages (cleaning, mix prep, capsule filling, blister/bottle packing).
• Set up, operate and strip down high-speed production equipment.
• Work flexibly within a team to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain personal training records.
