Job summary

NextPharma Technologies Holding Ltd is seeking a committed pharmaceutical production operator in Livingston, UK. The role involves hands-on manufacturing of pharmaceutical products for both commercial and clinical trial use, within a GMP-compliant environment.

The successful candidate will work in a cleanroom setting, ensure data accuracy in batch records, and maintain hygiene standards across production areas while supporting all stages of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture or working in a cleanroom environment would be an advantage.
• Be conscientious with a good eye for detail to conduct quality checks.
• Be flexible to ensure production output and client demands.
• Have a high degree of integrity to maintain GMP compliance.
• Be reliable and able to contribute to the production team.
• Previous GMP experience.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products for commercial and clinical trial use.
• Ensure all activities follow cGMP, Health and Safety standards, and current SOPs.
• Record data in batch records and supporting documentation.
• Maintain hygiene across production areas.
• Support production through cleaning, mix preparation, capsule filling, sorting, blister and bottle packing.
• Set up, operate and strip down high speed production equipment.
• Work flexibly in a team to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain personal training records.

Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture is preferred, but you must be prepared to work in a cleanroom environment and ensure compliance with GMP regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture of pharmaceuticals products for commercial and clinical trial applications

Ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with cGMP, Health and Safety standards, and current SOPs

• Recording data appropriately in batch records and supporting documentation
• Maintaining hygiene standards in all production areas
• Supporting production activities through each stage of the manufacturing process (cleaning, mix preparation, capsule filling and sorting, blister and bottle packing)
• Set-up, operation and strip down of modern high speed production equipment
• Working flexibly within a team to ensure adherence to the production schedule
• Maintaining personal training records

Person Specification :

• Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture or working in a cleanroom environment would be an advantage
