Job summary

NextPharma in the UK seeks motivated, detail-oriented workers for pharmaceutical manufacturing roles in a cleanroom environment. You will participate in the full production cycle from preparation to packaging, ensuring GMP compliance and accurate batch records.

Candidates with prior GMP experience, strong practical skills, and good literacy/numeracy will thrive in our collaborative team environment. This is a full-time, shift-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture or working in a cleanroom would be an advantage.
• Be conscientious and have a good eye for detail to conduct quality checks and ensure data is accurately recorded.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products for commercial and clinical trial use.
• Ensure activities follow cGMP, Health & Safety, and SOPs.
• Record data accurately in batch records and supporting documents.
• Maintain hygiene in all production areas.
• Support production through all manufacturing stages (cleaning, mix prep, capsule filling, blister/bottle packing).
• Set up, operate and strip down high-speed production equipment.
• Work flexibly within a team to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain personal training records.

Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture is preferred, but you must be prepared to work in a cleanroom environment and ensure compliance with GMP regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture of pharmaceuticals products for commercial and clinical trial applications
• Ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with cGMP, Health and Safety standards, and current SOPs
• Recording data appropriately in batch records and supporting documentation
• Maintaining hygiene standards in all production areas

Person Specification

• Previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacture or working in a cleanroom environment would be an advantage
