Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a role focused on delivering facilities management services for PFI/PPP contracts. You will work with the Account Manager and stakeholders to maximise revenue and ensure compliance with FM and project agreements while deploying direct labour and procurement gains.

You will develop site-specific policies, manage budgets, and lead teams with emphasis on health and safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in PFI/PPP contracts.
• Experience of NHS/Education environments.
• Experience developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; Concept/Vixen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of FM services to contracts including performance, HR, health and safety, quality and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Develop site-specific policies and procedures aligned with client needs.
• Ensure contracts meet client standards, including Building Bulletins and Services Output Specification.
• Liaise with Client Representatives to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage and develop staff with a positive employment culture and training strategies.
• Provide monthly performance reports to the client and Account Director.
