Job summary

ABAX AS is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager based in or around Peterborough to support our Spanish customer portfolio for 12 months. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving commercial growth and delivering value through ABAX technology.

You’ll engage from onboarding to renewal, identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to maximise customer value in an international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Retention, SaaS or technology would be valuable.
• Mindset, communication skills and commercial curiosity matter as much as experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from onboarding through to renewal.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs, challenges and business goals.
• Deliver effective onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve customer challenges.
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to maximise customer value.
