Job summary

Mars, a leading global petcare company, is seeking an Area Business Manager for Royal Canin in the Nottingham-Lincoln-Northampton-Doncaster-Milton Keynes region. This field-based role covers Northern England, focusing on breeders and Rescue Partners, with responsibility for driving recommendations and sales growth.

You will represent Royal Canin, engage partners through consultative selling, and participate in dog and cat shows (some weekends) to enhance nutrition conversations and product

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners.
• Strong presentation and IT skills to support sales analysis and territory management.
• Excellent communication, time management and planning/organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve key KPI’s including new Breeder Acquisition to drive recommendation and product volume.
• Identify new customer opportunities and prospects.
• Develop trusted relationships with key partners using a consultative selling approach.
• Efficient territory management and adherence to coverage model.
