CVS Vets in the UK is recruiting a Veterinary Receptionist to join our Battle Flatts Veterinary Centre network. Based across multiple practices, you will manage calls, book appointments and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle insurance forms, payments and navigation of our in-house system while providing support to clients during stressful times. This permanent role offers a friendly team and opportunities to progress within CVS Vets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or client-focused role is essential.
• Strong communication and empathy when dealing with clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Greet and register new clients with a warm welcome.
• Process insurance forms and payments accurately.
• Distribute medications as required and manage client queries.
• Utilise the in-house system to organise patients and records.
• Provide supportive, professional care during distressing times.
