Job summary

Our client in London is seeking a senior Pet Insurance Claims professional to take ownership of technical claims oversight, quality and governance within a growing insurance operation. Location: London / Hybrid, with travel for partner visits.

You will act as the senior technical authority for complex pet claims, lead a referral team, conduct audits, identify leakage and drive improvements using MI data, and support FCA governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong pet insurance claims experience.
• Knowledge of policy interpretation and complex claims assessment.
• Experience in oversight, audit or claims quality.
• Understanding of claims leakage, risk and financial exposure.
• FCA requirements and claims governance.
