Pets at Home Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Barrow Pet Care Centre. You will lead a busy retail team, deliver an exceptional customer and pet care experience, and work closely with the Store Manager to drive proactive people development and operational excellence.

• Experience leading a team in a busy retail, hospitality or customer-focused environment.
• Experience with KPIs and driving team performance.

• A love for delivering great results and an eye for operational excellence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to stay calm on busy days.
