Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who will be up to the challenge of working at a fast-paced industry.

Your responsibilities...

Carry out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Monitor and operate all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation

To assist with ensuring that the hotel is compliant with all relevant fire health & safety regulations

To undertake emergency repairs to premises plant & equipment

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you can expect your working days to cover the following :

Preventive & reactive maintenance

Health & Safety

Painting Plumbing Carpentry & Electrical works

What we are looking for :

Well presented has a good command of the English language and is a good communicator

Show flexibility and have a logical and practical approach to problem solving

Be able to communicate well with guests and team members being a team player and have a desire to deliver great customer service

Have a positive can do attitude be willing to learn and demonstrate that you care about the that work you do and complete a quality result
