Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Bedford, Flitwick, Ampthill, Woburn, Woburn Sands and Caldecotte, with full training provided. The role focuses on inspecting premises, treating pest issues, advising customers on hygiene, and delivering accurate reports while maintaining a professional image.

The position offers a competitive base salary (£27,669 p.a.) with an achievable OTE (£32,566 p.a.), a company vehicle and benefits, and potential for overtime as demand grows.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
