Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Technician is seeking a dedicated team member to cover Letchworth, Baldock, Royston and Sandy. No prior experience required as training is provided, with a role that offers flexible scheduling and problem-solving in person.

The position includes a salary package starting at £27,788 per annum plus £1,000 London Weighting and an expected OTE around £32,566, with benefits like a company vehicle, fuel card, pension, and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
