Rentokil Initial is hiring a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Bedford, Flitwick, Ampthill, Woburn, Woburn Sands and Caldecotte. The role starts with 6–12 months in a specific area, with full training provided and no experience required.

You will gain industry-recognised training, progress into roles such as Sales Surveyor or Service Team Leader, and enjoy a competitive package with a company vehicle, fuel card and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard and have fun while meeting customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest activity.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
