Qualifications

• A degree in a science, social science or business-related field with at least a 2:2.
• Willingness to build knowledge in pest control and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Resolve pest problems and clean up evidence of pest activity.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene practices.
• Complete accurate reports after visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.

Education

2:2 degree in science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism
