Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is seeking a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our Exeter team. You’ll visit commercial, residential and government properties, carrying out inspections and treatments while promoting additional work where opportunities arise.

Salary package is up to £29,500 based on qualifications and experience, with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commission and bonuses. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Methodical and systematic in approach to work.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Exeter. Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay by up to 6K through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Minimum Criteria

• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Live within a 40 mile radius of the area advertised
• The ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• To be methodical and systematic in your approach to work.
• Be comfortable using mobile phone apps
• Have excellent attention to detail
