Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is recruiting a customer facing Pest Control Technician to cover North West London (Edgware/Colindale). You will visit customers across your area, perform inspections and treatments, and promote additional work where possible.

We offer a comprehensive salary package with a base up to £29,500 plus a £5,000 London Weighting Allowance, plus potential bonuses and incentives from leads and schemes. Training is provided for newcomers, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Methodical and systematic approach to tasks.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites across the advertised area to carry out inspections and treatments.
• Deliver pest control services for commercial, residential, and government properties.
• Promote additional work where opportunities arise and contribute to team targets.

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in North West London- Edgware/Colindale. Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience plus £5,000 London Weighting Allowance, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Experience within this field would be preferred however we provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates and are always looking to bring on individuals who show initiative and have the right attitude and work ethic.

Minimum Criteria
