Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today, seeking a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our Coventry team. You will inspect and treat sites across your area, working with commercial, residential and government properties, and promote additional work where possible.

We offer a salary package up to £29,500 with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions and bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Drivers Licence is required.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Live within a 40 mile radius of the advertised area.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be methodical and systematic in approach to work.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Excellent attention to detail.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Coventry. Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management servicesincludes rodent control , bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You'll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay by up to 6K through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Experience within this field would be preferred however we provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates and are always looking to bring on individuals who show initiative and have the right attitude and work ethic.
