Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is seeking a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to work in Hereford, Brecon and surrounding areas. You will inspect and treat pests across various property types, and promote additional work where opportunities arise.

The role offers a salary up to £29,500 base with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commission, bonuses, and incentives. Training is provided for newcomers with the right attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Live within a 40 mile radius of the advertised area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Methodical and systematic in approach to work.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Excellent attention to detail.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Hereford, Brecon and surrounding areas . Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management servicesincludes rodent control , bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay by up to 6K through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Experience within this field would be preferred however we provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates and are always looking to bring on individuals who show initiative and have the right attitude and work ethic.
